Change Your Self Slovakia
Change Your Self group was formed in early 2015. At the beginning as an informal group of young people, and from 2018 as a civic association. CYS aim is to improve ourselves to benefit the world, following our motto : “Change Your Self, Change the World”. They focus on personal development of our young people in their local community, providing learning opportunities to develop basic competences (civic, interpersonal, personal). They organise workshops, lectures, youth exchanges, training courses, seminars to achieve their vision.

Members of CYS whom are actively involved in the preparation of each activities have a lot of experience with the Erasmus + program. Most of them have already participated in more than 10 youth exchanges and 5 training courses abroad. Over the Years, they were invited to participate in some YEs and TCs abroad as an assisting organizing team. They have also organised several workshops for youngster focused not only on human rights, but also project management, financial management, personal development and communication. Organisation cooperates with external experts to ensure professionalism in our work with youth and to provide quality learning experience.

WE GO Lithuania Tarptautinis bendradarbiavimo centras
Tarptautinis bendradarbiavimo centras is a non-profit, non-governmental and well known youth organization which unites active people who are interested in non formal learning activities. Organisation is based on volunteers who organise sports camps, arrange seminars, meetings, trainings, international youth exchanges and other positive activities. They work with the aims to support youth activeness, help to implement new ideas which help to build a better society, help to build self-esteem, develop character, teach leadership skills, and emphasize social responsibility. Tarptautinis bendradarbiavimo centras is accredited NGO as EVS coordinating, receiving and sending organization.

Mladi za Marof Croatia
“Mladi za Marof“ is an organization with the aim to improve the quality of life of people in their town - Novi Marof and region and to bring their social inclusion and activism on higher level. Their goals are also to develop cultural, democratic, social and ecological conscience among youth, to encourage cooperation of young people with different interests and activities and to increase influence of young people on work of local community. Novi Marof is placed in rural area in north Croatia. MzM have organized sport, education, music, dance, art, culture and other events for local youth. In 2015 MzM opened Youth center where they organize different workshops for local youth and unemployed people, inform young people about important topics, encourage their inclusion in discussion and solving various problems in our community. NGO cooperates with other similar youth associations in Croatia and wider. They promote volunteerism, entrepreneurship, healthy lifestyle, intercultural learning and encourage young people on mobility through participation in international youth projects. MzM have 30 members, volunteers, who participate in various training courses for youth workers. NGO was founded in 2005., placed in small urban area, and they expertises in organising events for youth in rural areas. They organize lot of smaller local events, but also cooperate in international youth projects since 2009, and in 2011 they organized their first international project - youth exchange through YiA program. They give young people opportunity to present what they have learned to our local community and use new skills later in our organization through our local activities.

Association Europalmente Italy
The Association EUROPALMENTE ERASMUS engages in the following activities, non-profit:
a) Organize projects,
b) Organize events, recreation, cultural trips, training, events, charities, exhibitions, games and sports;
c) Create collaborations with public and private institutions on issues regarding the social aim
d) Participate in projects, competitions and other initiatives on issues regarding the social aim, both in Italy and abroad;
e) Promote the preparation of publications, websites, magazines.
Europalmente leaders believes that it is absolutely necessary to promote to the education, integration, and engagement of young, future citizens of the world in order to achieve sustainability and we, as well as the future generations, will live in a viable environment with quality of life, whether we live in a big city, small city or village.
In the beginning of 2016 Europalmente achieved EVS authorization. Association announces its sensitiveness about human rights at the letter of commitment represented to UN. For this subject it exercises due diligence at its projects and activations conducted. NGO works especially with the youth person with disability, refugee, minority and in disadvantaged on the subject of sociality, economy, geography etc. – each individual who lives in Sicily (between 15- 30 years) is focus group of Europalmente. The association is also active in the field of new technologies and the use of the Internet safe for young people. The association, at the moment, has about 40 active young people in the implementation of the initiatives. Our core business is to attract young people to an active social life, the development of non-formal education, promoting the ideology of youth, encouraging young people to self development and self improvement, cooperation with young people from different countries to create opportunities for youth participation in global processes and pan-European democracy, the development of civil society, involving young people in volunteer projects, the development of cultural interaction. The main activity of Europalmente is currently conducting seminars, workshops, round tables, meetings with local authorities, organization of exhibitions. In addition, we want to implement international projects such as international trade and international education and cultural projects.

Youth Center of Epirus Greece
Youth Center of Epirus (YCE) is a non-profit organisation located in Ioannina, Epirus region of Greece and created in 2015 as a following result of the informal youth group Youth Center of Epirus, operating since 2011. Main aims of Youth Center of Epirus are to improve environment, promote coexistence and to develop the region of Epirus. Therefore, YCE organizes and implements local, regional and international level events/ projects, regarding to non-formal education on various topics like environment, volunteerism, refugee policies, health and wellbeing, EU awareness, cultural awareness and social inclusion. Their volunteers and youth workers offer leisure and educational activities to local youth, including unemployed and disadvantaged youth. YCE youth workers with youngsters implement and participate in international educational projects and at the youth center volunteers offer foreign language courses, computer classes, cooking classes, community after school classes and various leisure time activities. YCE volunteers also run a web channel for the local youth, organizes several annual actions such as LDI environmental action, celebrations and informative actions for EU, community event Bubble Parade and other happenings and charity events. Since 2016, local and international volunteers are being trained by experienced youth workers to work at several refugee centers to ensure safe and better stay of the refugees by providing recreational activities to kids and teenagers.

European Mobility Center Poland
European Mobility Center is the association that works many years for Youth, educational system development and to promote the cultural and sport activities.
1. awakening and supporting social and cultural activities to facilitate local communities to participate in the cultural life in the activities of the association
2. promoting and disseminating sport activities, active lifestyle and sport fair play competition
3. developing education and culture, healthy lifestyle and ecology by tourism and touring
We have organized over 10 European projects, youth exchanges, TC’s etc. In our everyday work we often direct our actions to young people using innovative non formal tools based on their interest in order to get their active participation. We have a lot of experience to share in this area and we’re eager to learn from experience of other NGO’s from across the Europe. During our everyday activities, we have carried many projects related to sport and using it as a tool for working with young people. At the international level, we took part in several youth projects thanks to which we gained a lot of knowledge about the organization of youth activities, we got to know interesting tools for working with young people. The implementation of this project allowed to develop these experiences, as well as to share our knowledge. We have contributed for YAWYE project with our help and resources for participants to develop awareness for sustainable development and environmental protection through environmental education, healthy habits and volunteering of youth.
